Super Falcons Striker, Asisat Oshoala, was an unused substitute as Barcelona romped to a 5-0 victory over real Madrid in el Clasico, at the Olympic stadium yesterday

Oshoala, who recently won the Uefa women’s champions league goal of the week award, has scored five goals from seven games so far this season.

The 29-year-old was however not called for action yesterday, as Barcelona women extended their winning streak over real Madrid to 12 victories, after they dispatched their rivals in a 5-0 thrashing.

Barcelona have never lost to real in a Clasico, and the victory stretched their lead at the top of the league standings to six points.

The victory was also Barca’s 67th straight home win in the league, a stunning run that stretches back to February 2019.
